Open Farms 2021 Photo Competition: Terms & Conditions

Thanks to Appleby Farms

1. The competition starts on Sunday, March 11 2021 at 9.00am and closes on Monday, March 22  2021 at 11:00pm.
2. To enter, post a photograph on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #openfarmsnz or tag @openfarmsnz. 
3. Winning photographs will be chosen at the discretion of Open Farms. Photographs will be judged by creativity, photographic skill and/or a reflection the values of the Open Farms event.
4. By entering the competition, you give Open Farms permission to republish your entry content for promotional purposes without payment or other compensation.
5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.  You are providing your entry information to Open Farms, and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
6. Prizes include one of ten Appelby Farms ice-cream vouchers.
7. Winners will be notified starting Tuesday 23 March by Facebook, Instagram or Twitter private message, phone or email. If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made within 48 hours and the winner is still unavailable, or the winner is unable to use the prize, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
8. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
