Our tour is between 1-2 hours. Visitors will see how we grow our mushrooms, starting from the lab and finishing with the grow rooms. On our 3 hectare farm, 2 hectares is wetlands and forest. We take visitors for a walk and talk about how we are restoring these areas.

The visit also includes our orchards (fruit, nuts and olive trees), and our food growing terraces. We talk about how we use permaculture principles to guide us in our life on this little farm. For adults and kids we have free range birds and animals to meet.
